This puppy/dog is guaranteed to be a purebred Siberian Husky, being sold in good physical health, and up to date on vaccinations and de-worming at time of purchase. The purchaser has a period of 3 days after purchase date, or date acquired to have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed Veterinarian of his/her choice. If purchaser chooses to not have the puppy/dog examined within three (3) days of purchase, then he/she accepts the puppy “as is” at the time of sale. At which point the health guarantee is void.
This puppy/dog is guaranteed to be free of genetic health disorders. Within 22 months after purchase (14 months of age/1 years old), if the puppy/dog has NOT been bred, and it is found to have a genetic defect, certified by a licensed, reputable veterinarian rendering it to be incapacitated or an unsuitable companion, the purchaser agrees to surrender the puppy/dog to the breeder (seller), with signed registration papers, and health records, and the breeder agrees to replace the puppy/dog with one of equal value (does not have to be the same gender/color as original puppy/dog).
Replacement will be a puppy/dog of the breeder’s choice of stock on hand, or expected litters within one year. NO CASH refunds will be made for the return of the puppy/dog unless previously agreed upon. The breeder may request a second opinion to verify the genetic defect before agreeing to a replacement. All costs and veterinarian expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are nonrefundable.
If my puppy dies and I am requesting a replacement puppy, I understand that I must have a necropsy performed by a State Laboratory, at my expense to determine the cause of death. My puppy will be replaced, only if the death was caused by a covered genetic problem or an illness that my puppy had at the time of purchase. No monetary refunds are to be given unless previously discussed and agreed upon by the breeder/seller.
Not covered–internal or external parasites or worms, ringworm, coccidia, giardia, anemia, hernia, under or overbite, injuries, allergies, heat exhaustion, or hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia is preventable with good care and feeding. Because a luxating patella or collapsed trachea can be caused by injury, they are not covered if they are not discovered during your veterinarian’s initial examination. Kennel cough, parvo, distemper and other communicable diseases are not covered after your veterinarian’s initial examination.
The purchaser agrees to properly house their newly purchased puppy/dog, and to provide quality nutrition, scheduled vaccinations/deworming, and veterinary care, as needed. Any evidence that the puppy/dog has been neglected or abused will void this contract. This puppy/dog cannot be resold to a pet shop/puppy broker, or research lab/facility. This puppy/dog cannot be surrendered to an animal shelter, pound or any like places. If the purchaser feels he/she can no longer care for this puppy/dog the breeder should be notified so as to make arrangements to bring the puppy/dog back to the breeder, unless previously discussed and an agreement was made. We will take the puppy/dog back for the entirety of its life, no questions asked, for any reason. No refunds will be given at time of surrender, unless previously discussed and agreed upon by the breeder, for a PARTIAL refund at the time of rehoming the puppy/dog.
The purchaser understands that it is always in the best interest of the puppy/dog to be spayed or neutered no sooner than 6 months of age, as this limits many potential health problems, and increases life expectancy and overall health.
NO guarantee will be made by the breeder for size, show quality, temperament or breeding capability of this puppy/dog, or house training abilities. No guarantee will be made regarding eye color, hair length, color or markings. The breeder assumes NO responsibility for the puppy/dog after leaving the premises, regarding medical expenses or otherwise incurred expenses by the purchaser, without having express written approval by the breeder/seller.
